Audit Archiving

Hello,

I am trying to do Archiving in PLM_AUDIT . The steps i followed are

First changed the status of the Audit as 'to be archived' .

1) PreProcess the Audit - It is successful .

2) Then i tried to write the Audit , it says that status is inactive . The log says that

it archived 0 records .

If anybody had already done archiving in Audit management .

If so , what is the procedure i should follow to do archiving in audit management .

Is there any other customizing settings i should do in the SARA archiving tool .

Also just check ,in case you ran your preprocessing program in test mode...

Hi

I didnt get a chance to work with this object. But this is the prerequisite for the object.

In order to archive audits or audit plans, the status Archived (I1806) must first have been set for these audits or audit plans via the preprocessing program PLM_AUDIT_ARC_AUD_CHECK.

Did you check whether the correct status field is updated after executing the preprocessing program.

Check whether you have entered the retention period for all audit component types in SARA customizing.
