Error in shippment cost

hi all

While creating shippment cost i got error Shipment 89547495 has overall status 1. Shipment cost type 0001, however, requires overall status 5.I have changed the status but it still gives same error.Second thing can i directly go to do PGI to see the truck load status as my purpose is to check the saes order quantity with the capacity of truck.Suggest mw how to get this stage.

Dear,

Since shippment document status is 1 it means Planning completed only, if you want to create a shippment cost shipment document status should be as shippment end ie 7.

for this you need to click all the dates in shippment documents as follws.

Planning

Check-in

Loading start

Loading end

Shpmt completion

Shipment start

Shipment end

if document status is 7 - Shipment end then you can create shippment cost document.
