Dropdown issue in ITS Applications

Hello,

We have recently upgraded our system. As part of this our Internet Applications stopped to work when ever there is a Dropdown.

Drop Down in ITS application is not working properly.

When I looked at the HTTP trace it is pointing to theme 99 of WEBGUI.

I have this problem for any standard service. Also when I create new service I have this problem.

Does anyone know where this reference to theme 99 is ?

I know this is somewhere in the SAP code when it generates HTML files.

Any one have solution?

Hi,

If you are accessing any particular screen and you are facing problem with the drop down value,then create the template for that screen under the required service.

If it is not possible to create the template then,try to use ~THEME = SL(not ~THEME = 99 which has been obsolete) and ~WEBGUI_THEME = SL in the SICF parameter setting(Service data tab>GUI Link(this should be set to 'Yes')>GUI Config.)

Third thing I would suggest to see Notes(864878,816973 and 889136).

What did you upgrade from (BASIS and ITS version?) and what is your upgraded system (BASIS and ITS Version (if standalone ITS).
