Hi

Check if the IDOC is completed from R/3 side, released, activated

associated to the msg type etc.

Vishnu

Hi,

This problem is due to R3 end, please check with below mentioned reasons.

1. Authorization in PI (for import idoc from R3)

2. Idoc not releases (some one extended segment)

Better to check with basis team it will sort out easily.

Hi

go to R/3 tcode WEDI, in the left Menu

Development - idoc types, give your idoc name & click the header data (hat button)

there you get the details...

But go thru

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?path=/display/xi/ale%252brelated%252btransactions%252band%252bt...

at everystage of development, it should be ensured that the object is released.

Release the object using the menu path Edit -> Set Release

you can ask abap developer to ensure everything is OK.
