Hi all,

can you confirm me that tcode /SAPAPO/MD74 only delete forecast from SNP?

The forecast data from DP (to release to SNP) is not deleted?

We need to delete some forecast data in SNP to relase it again, since some values are not ok.

Hi Teresa,

You can use transaction /sapapo/rlcdel to delete data from SNP leve cache using relevant order category.

For your case for deleting forecast from SNP, you should use category FA, and the relevant period for which you wish to delete the data.

There is also an option of test run, by selecting which you can view logs of data deleted. which if found good, you can proceed deleting the data.

In APO, you can adjust planned independent requirements created in APO using the Planning Adjustment transaction ((/sapapo/MD74). The planned independent requirements that are no longer required are set to zero for the selected time period. This function can be scheduled periodically, say daily. As of SCM 4.0, there is an option to select the horizon and delete the forecast

You can also use /SAPAPO/RLCDEL with category FA.

Please make sure you do not delete the current bucket demand as you will lose the consumption.
