hi all
i am looking for a way to connect our "solution manager service desk" to a "third party ticketing system".
i want to send tickets (incident and change management) in both ways ("third party" to "solution manager service desk" and back).
also i want to update the tickets in both ways (added text notifications, changed status etc.)
what is a good way to do that?
IDOC? BAPI? WebServices?
do you know a tutorial?
i have been looking at the following blog, but this seems to be outdated for our system.
[Service Desk Implementation Guide Part II|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/9985] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];
the BAPI_NOTIFICATION_CREATE sems to be going the right way, but it does not bring all the answers.

hi all
for incident tickets the documentation of the web service api was helpful, but following SRPO i had to use "obsolete transactions" instead of the SOAMANAGER.
for change tickets i still found no way to integrate third party.
looking for answers here.
kind regards
markus
