Delay Report

Dear PS Gurus,

Is there any report which informs progressive delays of the project ?

I am precisely looking for a report which calculates delay,In CNS41 report system is calculating

project delay by cumulating delays in all WBS element. Hence delay is shown in

multiples ( some thousand days). Ideally it should calculate based on earliest

start & latest finish of WBS elements.

This is creating a totally wrong report of progress.

Expecting inputs on this.

Hi,

Try to test CN41N. Change layout & add delay column. Additionally you may use exceptions to highlight chosen lines.
