The logo can be printed out in form

Hi,gurus,

I can print out the form with the logo in printer A, but the logo is missing when I print out the same form in printer B . There isn't any command line about the logo picture in the text elements in this scriptform.

I want to know what is the principle about this print process and how can I fix the printer B?

Check/Install/Re-install printer drivers for Printer B.

Thank you for your quick reply, but for the other printer C also can't print out the logo. And I want to know why the logo can be printed out even though I don't have any command line in the script.

its printer configuration problem, for logo priting printer B and C not supported, contact for BASIS.

Hi,all,

We find out the problem. it's because we use the print control technique in the form, and we need to upload the macro(the log inside) to the printer, then it will work!
