RSAR051 error in BW 3.5

We are using UD connect to connect to a SQL Server database and we are able to see the database tables in the source system via BW 3.5. However, when we try to load data (by scheduling an infopackage), we are getting the following error: Ex=2 com.sap.engine.services.rfcengine.RFCExceptio n: Bean BAPI_ISOURCE_DP_REQUEST not found. Are we missing a step somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response. We did look at these notes earlier. We are on BW 3.5 Support Pack 13...so neither of the notes are applicable.

Symptom

The 'RSAR_PSA_REQUEST_CHECK' program terminates with an RSAR 051 DUMP.

Reason and Prerequisites

This is a program error in RSAR051 51.

Solution

BW 3.0B

Import Support Package 24 for BW 3.0B (BW3.0B Support Package 24 or SAPKW30B24) into your BW system. The Support Package will be available once note 0723193 with the short text, "SAPBWNews BW3.0B Support Package 24", which describes the Support Package in more detail, is released for customers.

BW 3.10 Content

Import Support Package 18 for BW 3.10 (BW3.10 Support Package 18 or SAPKW31018) into your BW system. The Support Package will be available once note 0723260 with the short text, "SAPBWNews BW 3.1 Content Support Package 18", which describes the Support Package in more detail, is released for customers.

BW 3.50

Import Support Package 09 for BW 3.5 (BW3.50 Support Package 09 or SAPKW35009) into your BW system.
