RZ20 stopped displaying errors.

Hello All,

The RZ20 has stopped displaying fresh errors. Not sure whether the monitors are fuctionning now.

Does this gets deactivated own its own? If so how can we restart these monitors (Shopping cart)?

I have tries to execute Stat Application monitor in SPRO. This gave a successful message, but the monitor does not display new messages. The application monitor for sys admin also is in the same state.

Has any one else faced such an issue? Could some one provide some pointers?

Hi Ajith,

I found OSS note 382769 which is very old and does not apply to recent release.

However, it can maybe help you.
