'Back to initial screen button' is inactive.

Hello,

in the srm portal, when i go to Process Purchase order and display a PO.

For a PO in display mode:

1)At first, the header data tab is active and i click on output preview of the smartform.

2) i close the smartform window.

3)I click on the Item data tab.

4)I click again on the Output preview for smartform.

5) I close the smartform.

6) Finally when i click on the 'Back to initial screen' button it does not do anything.

it occurs only when i follow the sequence 1-6. thx for help.

else if the 'back to initial screen' link does not work, how can i correct it?

by modifying the template?

or adding an implicit extension?

Hi,

The same steps which you have written working fine in my srm system.

I am on SRM 5.00. and suport pack SAPKIBKT12.

Can you check this in your system.

Its a standard functionality you need not to do any thing for this.

Check again, carefully

could you please let me know the note you are facing this issue?

Please note that most of the notes i have propose adjust templates and no ABAP coding.
