Dear All,
I want to create a pdf document of the html page being displayed on click of a button. I have lot of graphs on the web-page & hence want the same format in the pdf document also. I tried using the HTML loader action block along with PDF actions, but it didnt help.
FYI.. am using 12.0.
Can anyone tell me if there is way out to do this?
Thanks in advance,
Sushma.
Sushma,
your request sounds more like a problem of installing a printer driver that saves the HTML file contents to disc using the pdf file format. Maybe you can use a free PDF tool like PDFCreator which runs on the client.
You can feed the PDF actions in MII with text or IllumDocs (MII XML contents), but I doubt that it could be done without big effort to parse the HTML. If you want to create PDF in MII it would be a better choice to use the underlying data of the HTML file directly in MII and build the PDF from it, instead of trying to save the HTML as PDF using MII.
