SAP Dispatcher not routing traffic to the Portal

Hi all,

The dispatcher is generating the following error and not routing traffic to our Production Portal. Please help!

Antivirus was preventing the Dispatcher from working.

Hello,

If you're refering to having the service running under the webdispadm, I am. The account is an admin too

I'm not sure how the rest of the links refer to my situation as the dispatcher doesn't have an MMC

Was this working before? Is environment variable SECUDIR set correctly?

The webdisp service is running under user webdisp, which has the correct user variable for SECUDIR. This server also has the saprouter service which SECUDIR system variable is going towards it.
