Billing Milestone issues

Dear Gurus,

I have created one WBS element with activities and billing milestones attached.

It is observed that multiples SO can be made with this WBS element as an account assignment and billing milestones can be copied in all SO.

Moreover, when I confirm billing milestone (in WBSE under activity) the block gets removed in all SO wherever this WBSE is account assigned for.

Problem -

I want to restrict user to account assign and copy milestones from WBSE only in one SO and not in multiple SO to avoid malfunctioning.

I want to make such a setting that one WBSE and its milestones can not be copied in more than one SO.

Pl suggest if such settings exists.

Hi,

Look for user exit during Sales order creation. Here you can write code to check if the WBS in a/c assignmnet is alraedy assigned or not. Check in SD forum.
