Dear all
In creating a DMR - by QDR1 we select DMR for Usage Decision. But in the header of the Inspection plan - QP01, we select the DMR level as DMR at lot level ( we are not selecting DMR at lot creation in QDR1 screen but selecting DMR level at lot level in QP01). But actually the Quality level is updated only when UD is given even if we give DMR level at lot level. Is there a contradiction please explain.
Also when some sampling procedures containing a sampling scheme are selected and DMR at lot level is given in the QP01 screen there seems no compatiblity between the two. Why this happens.
Please guide.

Dear Selva
For DMR there is a step called maintaining allowed relationship.(QDB1 )Here you need to maintain the relation between DMR and sampling procedure.
this will help

Thanks Gajesh
The DMR and Sampling Procedure were accepted by using the allowed relationship.

Hi Gajesh
Please refer the sampling procedure D_SAMPLE ( Double multiple sample ) containing a sampling scheme D00 ( Double multiple sampling scheme). If this sampling procedure containing the sampling scheme is used in QP01 where the DMR - D00 is used , the pop says --> No allowed relationship for procedure D_SAMPLE and DMR = D00 and the Sampling procedure is not compatible with the DMR. But when the samp procedure is substituted with FIX 1-0 ( fixed sample of 1 ) system accepts. Kindly explain.

Dear Gajesh
Thanks for the explanation given by you on the DMR.
Regarding the Incompatibility between the Sampling Procedure and the DMR, I will get back to you with details.

dear Selva Kumar
1) By giving in QP01 DMR at lot level just means that the Next stage will depend on the valution of the lot. It doesnot have any connection with the selction of DMR at lot creation level in QDR1.Lot-based dynamic modification means that the decision concerning the next inspection stage is made at inspection lot level. please note If the field for the dynamic modification level in the task list header does not contain an entry, the inspection scope is not dynamically modified for an inspection with a task list.
2) there must be no issue as DMR requires sampling scheme . please give the details of the sampling procedure
