Archive a site - procedure -

Hi experts.

I was trying to archive a site, although I followed the SAP note 690340, the spool in SARA shows that no site can be archived.

There is some checks to do, but I'm not preety sure how to do it correctly. Coul you please advice?

u2022The archiving flag is set. OK

u2022A closing date has been set and falls before the date of the archiving run. OK

u2022No listing conditions exist for the site. How can I check it???

u2022No stocks exist in the site. I've checked through RWBE

u2022No article data (MARC records) exist for the site, or all MARC records are flagged for deletion. OK

u2022The site is not included in a promotion as a source of supply or a recipient. How can I check it???

u2022The site is not included in an allocation table as a source of supply or a recipient. How can I check it???

Hi Guillermo Miano,

You can use WSL5 for checking Listing condition for a site

WAK15 for checking promotion for a site.

Use WA30 checking allocation table against site.
