Upgrading to Sp15

Hi All,

Right now My XI server is runnning on SP09.

How to upgrade it to SP14-patch?

Could any one explains what is this pack and patch level.

I'm expecting what are the components and sequence of components steps need to do to upgrade it to SP15.
