Hi all,
I am trying to integrate ECC with SNC using PI - with SAP delivered content and mappings. I have built the integration directory for the interfaces and I am trying to send PROACT01 IDOCs from ECC to SNC. The IDOCs get transferred to PI, where in 50 % of the cases, it encounters an error, whereas sometimes it gets through without any issues. This is the pipeline error message.

I looked at previous threads on SDN, and most of them refer to a cache problem. We had all our cache settings reviewed, and they look fine. Any suggestions as to how to rectify the problem?
Hi,
Pls make dummy changes in the MM and active it again.
This error may occur after u restart ur xi server.

This is becaues
there is no u201CSoftware Component Versionu201D defined for ProactProact01_ProductActivityNotification_01.xsl
you may have to download the XI content for the dependent "Software Component Version" ; in your case it is d956bee0-585b-11da-83b4-c0770a114c15 this is GUID (Globally Unique Identifier)
ask your Basis team: the system associated with GUID: d956bee0-585b-11da-83b4-c0770a114c15 and ask them to download XI content for that...
this will sure solve your problem...
if you want to see this GUID; this will appear under u201CSoftware Component Versionu201D column in Operation Mapping
