Disable Item level approval in SC workflow

Hello,

We are using the N-level workflow for shopping cart approval.

Currently if there are 2 items in a SC, the approver can approve the first item and reject the second item.

What we want is that the approver should be able to approve or reject the entire shopping cart as a whole and not at item level.

Can anyone help please.

Hi,

You can think of using doc_check badi to throw an error message if there is partial approval. Field bbp_pdigp-deduc_ind is set as X when there is rejection for an item. So based on this condition, you can throw an error message.
