Sm37 job cancelled -- HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error

Hello All,

In <Sm37> following job has cancelled :: ARV_WORKITEM_STO20090224083500

Job Log : Job started

Step 001 started (program RSARCH_STORE_FILE, variant , user name CTMDA)

The archive file 156732-010WORKITEM is being processed

HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error

Archive file 156732-010WORKITEM could not be stored

Job cancelled

Could you please help me to resolve the issue.

That looks like an archiving job... seems like the store step is failling... If you have a HTTP repository check that is available via CSADMIN or OAC0

I do not have authorisation for tcode <CSADMIN>

I have Tcode <OAC0> cau plz tell me what further action i required?

Is it functional issue? need to be inform to functional team or it is Basis Issue?

Seems like a technical issue... as the repository cannot be reached.

If you're using SAP content server this kind of errors are usually related either to CS or DB availability or permissions...

R3trans finished (0000).

The job is trying to send data to an external HTTP repository (outside SAP system)... and the repository (whatever it is.. ) is not responding. So its not a problem with your SAP system but with the external repository... hence R3trans will return 0000.

Get you Basis guys to check the HTTP repository.
