Hello All,
In our EP system, For only one specific user when he tries to access the shoping cart application(SRM), the catalogue is not displayed and its hanged up that too only for some times.
We checked the users authorisations and which seems to be no difference with other users .
Can any one help me to fix this issue.

Have you tested that user in a different PC?.... It might not be the user.

User try to login from other desktop also even user getting the same error , User getting this problem since 9mnths , But for some times like for monthly once .. , More over if he try after 1 or 2 days gapp he able to login successsfully without any changes please Help me out regarding this , In which way i can try to find solution ?
