Creating ADS rfc problem

Former Member

Dear Friends,

I am trying to create an RFC called ADS for the ADS configuration. I have given all the required parameters to create the HTTP rfc. Server details and the user id and password. Still that RFC is locating to some other old server IP which is not there in my landscape.

This information i found in the log dev_icm.

So please help me to solve the issue.

Thanks,

Chaitanya

Dear Srinivas,

Thanks for the fast reply.

but we are maintaining the host file and the server details in the RFC perfect. Still it is redirecting to some other server.

Thanks,

In the earlier post, he is pointing to Hosts file of the server not in the RFC. Path will depend on the OS you are using.

eg: in Wind c:/windows/system32/Drivers/etc/hosts

unix etc/hosts

Dear Frnds,

This problem is solved by my self, Click on the Clobal Configuration button there check any if proxy setting is active. If it is selected then remove it. Now the RFC will work fine.

Thanks to all for helping.
