What is difference between the 2 forms. As per my knowledge both are the same. then why 2 different forms?

In what scenarios we should use IR8E.

IR8E is an internal version of IR8A which is for employee themselves to check.

The content of IR8E is basically the same as IR8A instead of their title.

Thanks Pratyush and devi for your replies.

Devi, when you say e-submission that means the emloyer is using e-submission as ouptput option then use IR8E.

When output option is IRAS line then we use IR8A..

Is my understanding correct?

Hi,

One more query. When we use IR8E, the appendix for BIK will still be 8A?
