Hi Gurus,

what are the necessary Modules needed for in SAP ERP ECC6.0 for Real-Estate?

In SAP there are 3 modules available for REAL Estate industry

1.Real Estate Sales- you wil require SD,MM, FI/Co & PS.

2.Classic Real estate & Flexible real estate- FI/CO (must) * PM optional.

Hi

I beg to differ on that. SD is not part of REFX.The only modules which go with REFX are as follows :

1. FICO-AA,PCA,CCA,IO

2. MM

3. PS

4.PM

5.PMCS

6.DMS-Optional

Sales is basically , invoicing of rentals, charges etc which is done in REFX itself.The tocde of which is

1.RERAIV

2.RECPA520

3.RERAIVRV
