disp+work is not starting for ECC6.0

Need some help how to start JCO server

I am using Win2003 server with ECC6.0 and my database is Oracle 10G.

Hi,

Go the work directory /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/work , check dev_w* files, edit in notepad,

Login through SIDadm and check R3trans, saposcol, TP, Check startsap.log .

Is database and listner started? If not, please start and give a try. Also , please clarify what do you mean by JCO server?

Hi,

Please go the work directory(/usr/sap/SID/work/):

check the following files for latest errors:

dev_disp;dev_w* files,std* files.

After you get the error, search for the same in SDN forums.IF you dont find anything useful,Please update this thread with the latest errors so that we can check and help you.
