change waning massage in to error massage

Hi all,

I have one waning massage in sales order (Purchase order number in document number: 16063 already exists Massage number is V4115).

how to change this waning massage as a Error massage ?

Hi

Go to OVAH select your message class V4 and message no 115 and change from warning to error

Hi

go to VOV8 and for your sales document type - the field check purchase order no you need to maintain as it A or blank, if you maintain sytem will give warning message only

if you want maintain error message you need to go for user exit

Hi Raj,

Goto "OVAH" T.Code

Click on position

Select Application area as V4 and message number as 115

Select that line and come right and change the message from "W" to "E".

So it will be an error message.

Save.
