SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

Hi All,

In our BW PRD server job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is scheduled on hourly basis,

all the jobs finish sucessfully , but it has been observed that in the morning 7:30 & evening 22:30 , same jobs are cancelling daily and giving dump as ABAP/4 processor: COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW.

What could be the problem. any suggestions.

Hello syed,

Plase refer to the follwong note 1003467

It does talk of your issue and it seems you will have to go with patch upgrade

Also check whther you DB02 transaction is giving problems at the time when the job terminates

sometimes there are issues of DB02 also giving the same dump u mentioned above.

Also u can have a look at note 1053086

Also if nothing of above holds for your system

then do send the details of the dump
