how to install the orcale license .(ecc installtion )

i have dought that how to install the oracle license once the ecc installtion is done

i heard that there is no license to be install for orcle is it right ?

Hello Raja,

yes you have to only install SAP license,there is no absolutely need for Oracle license as you always get a licensed version

in db2 we have instlled the db2 licensce for the data base . i have dought that for orcle also we have to do in the same way ......

Yes. When you send a request to SAP for your license there you need to apply the Version of SAP & Database and plratform and they generates the license file according to you information, so it applies into system, so there us no seprate licence for Oracle which needs to install in the system.
