I am trying to upload a new logo to the system and when i ran the program RSTXLDMC i got the following error and the logo was not uploaded in the system.
Tif format error - No baseline TIFF 6.0 format .
I am in ECC 6 system .could some one explain the errror and what other options i have to load the logo.
Thanks

Hi
I am seeing the similar post in SDN and some replies state the following.
Often this error occurs because the TIFF file you have has been saved with some form of compression. You need to open in a picture edit program and save as TIFF making sure options are set so there is no compression.
or check this link

Hi anjali,
Convert the logo to a TIFF(*.tif) file.Use the program RSTXLDMC to convert the TIFF file to standard text .

Hi,
There are two ways to upload a logo.
1)For TIFF files use the program RSTXLDMC
and include the logo in the form.
2)For bitmaps (*.bmp) ,go to transaction SE78
Choose BMAP under GRAPHICS ,and choose Import Graphic (F5) ans select.
Go to form and choose Insert->Graphics and then choose the image .
