Problems registering a new license key into my BO XIR2

Hello, I have gotten a license key from this SAP site for some new licenses I purchased. however the key generated is not valid when I try to register it. The message error says that there is an error in the license key, says that is not valid. I have BO XIR2 and this is the version I have requested. Can somebody help me?

Hi...It is quite possible that the key may not be valid. Please contact SAP support and get a new key after reconfirming the platform you are using.

Thanks Asad, actually I am trying to contact SAP support but I do not know how or where is the link. I am very new using this site.

Asad,

The link you gave me is the place where I got the license key from. However this license is not valid when I go to my Business Objects console for the registration.

the Help & Support link in that page take me to this forum. So I am in a loop and I do not know how to exit from it and finally install my licenses.

Hi Sergio,

Please goto:

http://service.sap.com/support

Then click on Help and Support.

Then click on Report a Product Error

Then Select the installation number for your system and create a service ticket with SAP with low or medium priority. SAP support team will get back to you.
