Hi Friends,
Whenever I am able to import the IDoc under 'Imported Objects' in IR, the system throws an error 'Internal Problem'.
On the import step (final step), after long time, this error is coming.
What could be the problem?
Any idea friends ....
Kind regards,
Jegathees P.
Hey,
Check the Client
*Check whether the XI & ECC has Connections
Check Whether the Respective IDOC is there- in ECC

Not able to get the exact solution. We need to check with BASIS people only.

Hi Friends,
I understand that. But, this problem comes in the last step. i.e In the imported objects, after enter the login details (Application Server Host Name, Server Number, User Name, Password), the connectivity is established, then it shows the list of Idoc. After we select the particular IDoc and after import, this error is coming.
In this case, my doubt is where is the chance to loose authorization, connectivity ? How the Basis person will sort out this issue?
Are you facing this problem before. Kindly let me know.
regards,
Jeg P.

Hi,
This problem will occur most of the time due to technical or authorization problem. Better to check with basis team they will sort out easily.

Hi,
The possible causes for the error are:
1) No connection between the XI system and R/3system.
2) Check for the authorizations that the user that are using to import the idocs.
3) Check the R/3 system details specially the SID(system ID) & Check the Port#.
Also have you loaded the meta data . It is not mandatory to import the Metadata into IDX2. Because XI will automaically take care. But sometimes it is required because of the Cache Refresh problem.
Did you create IDX1 entry before you move into IDX2 ?
If not create it.
In IDX1 , you are going to configure your (R/3) ports.

Hi,
Check whether you have the remote connection to the R/3 system from where you are trying to import the Idoc. Alsoo check whether the user name have the authorizations for remote login to the tcode SM59 for the RFC connection established.
Check whether the client name and the server name are correctly providede. Check whether the idoc exists in the system from where you are trying to import.
