Hi Experts,
Can anybody help to perform below steps in ChaRM configuration:
1. Add one more approver in ChaRM (default ChaRM supports one approver)
2. Configure workflow between newly added and default Change approver.
Thanks,
Regards,

hi,
I guess you are talking about SDCR and that you want one or more approver authrozed to approve
1. Add one more approver in ChaRM
follow the following path in spro
solution manager
configuration
scenario specific settings
change management
changerequest management
extended configuration
change transaction
transaction types
Partner schema
Define partner determination procedure ==> SDCR0001 (or your customized one)
Partner functions in procedure => select the partner function you want to change SDCR0002 (or your customized one)
change the max value you want
2. Configure workflow between newly added and default Change approver
There is some coding needed here. This depends of what you want to do
if you are more specific in your requirement I can help you and send some coding for you
best regards Xavier

This can be done by one Action correleated with the status in the Action Profile which you are using.
2. Configure workflow between newly added and default Change approver
As suggested, its better to have workflow consultant to do this part.

Your best bet is to ask a CRM person if your Solution Manager person doesn't know how. Way too much configuration involved to outline it in a forum.
