Dear all,

I have scenario as follows:

I have A component 10 Qty

I will create Maintenance order with 'A' 5 Qty.

second order I will create with 8 qty, That time it is not through error.

It means availabilty check for Reserved Qty is not considering at the time of second order creation.

Please suggest.

Total Reserved Qty which table it will store?

Regards

Hi,

Please check in OPJJ transaction ,

For ur availabilty check and checking rule combination deactivate include reservations/ incl dependent reservations.

Reserved qty for materials of a plant against the Reservation number is stored in RESB table

Hope this helps you

Dear Thyagu/Venu,

My requirement is like this:

While generating reservation for component system should consider collective stock [Restricted and Reserved], If both stock put together if it exceeds it should not allow to save the order.

Please suggest

Hi,

Create a checking rule by deactivating the settings as said earlier.

Assign this checking rule in OPJK for the required order type for Availabity check 1 (Order creation)

and activate Material availabity check when saving order.

Hope this helps you

hi

Your system is configured in such a way system will perform the availability check for the material which is also reserved ,you can customize as such it should not consider the reserved qty ,but in practical if some one has created maintenance order wrongly with the componenet ,this may lead to inconsistencies

Normally reservation are stored in RESB table , kindly check
