Hi,
When trying to access either integration repository or directory, I am getting the error "Single sign-on failed".
Could anyone please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this?
Thank you in anticipation.
Hello Nikhil,
Integration Repository and Directory are applications which run both on the Web AS Java. All Single-Sign On tasks are handled by Web AS Java only. In this case settings for Web AS ABAP doesn't matter (SMICM).
You might check if the URLs for both applications in the Integration Builder web page (/rep/start/index.jsp) shown the FQHN. If not change the hostnames for both the Repository and Directory in the Exchange Profile to FQHN.
Verify, that a MYSAPSSO2 cookie was sent from the Integration Builder by entering javascript:document.cookie in the address bar of your web browser.
Rgds.,
Andreas

For SSO to work, it has to be enabled at the server level. Please make sure this is done and also verify the username and password.
