jsp page to sap table

hai All,

i have one jsp page .its contain two fileds . i want to store data in sap table.

i think its possible to provide RFC and commincate with JSP .

How to establish communication and where we need to call the Rfc in code.

if we need JCo conection we need to maintain, how this it achieve ?

tell me step by step (if possible)
