Hi

1-Volumetric (Conversions and Interfaces only)

You have to provide details of expected volumes, e.g. number of records to be processed, number of users.

2-Dependencies

Whether this new bespoke program is dependent on any other program or whether by running this program, the data's of other non related tables will get affected.

3-Integrity Mechanism.

???

4-File Transfer Mechanism

How this program is going to transfer the file.

5-Frequency

How often this program will run, hourly, daily, weekly and how, via bathc job etc.

Assuming you're an SD consultant working on a project, I would recommend to check with your project manager and/or the customer rather than asking on SDN. Also see if there are any existing functional specs available.

Every business/company/project may have a different interpretation of these items. Some of them might not be even applicable to your particular document (e.g. File transfer is not needed if there are no files involved).

You will not look smarter if you don't ask for clarification, but you will sure look stupid if you write some complete nonsense, based on the SDN replies.

Hi,

1-Volumetric (Conversions and Interfaces only) With what volume does the new tcode been used, in case if used in terms of conversions and interfaces.)

2-Dependencies ( Any dependencies this means the development of new tcode effecting the existing tabels or programs )

3-Integrity Mechanism. ( Not sure on this depends how it is interpreted )

4-File Transfer Mechanism ( Not sure on this depends how it is interpreted )

5-Frequency ( how frequently the new tcode is used)

All the explanation provided on general level and experience but better to check once with senior guy in the project once.

Regards
