Hi,
My client is restructuring its organisation structure:-
For eg there are 3 division a,b & c.
For every division there are 3 divsion a1,a2,a3,b1,b2,b3 & c1,c2,c3.So how should i define this structure in SAP SD We are already using product hierarchy functionality.
Can we create a subdivison of a division in SAP if yes thn plz tell me how to do it.
Regards,
Satya

Hi SATYA MURTY,
It is not possible to have sub-division in SAP standard functionality, but At material level you can use material group.
else as venky said,
You can use this combination like Aa1, Aa2, Aa3, Bb1, Bb2, Bb3, Cc1, Cc2 and Cc3 total 9 divisions.
Thanks,

Dear sathy,
As per your thread:For every division there are 3 divsion a1,a2,a3,b1,b2,b3.c1,c2,c3.
Make a Common Division called A of a1,a2,a3 and as it is for B and C.
For Example:A(a1,a2,a3),B(b1,b2,b3), C(c1,c2,c3).
If any Specific Requirment Revert back.
Regards
raj

Hello Friend,
As far as i know there is no sub division concept in SAP.Instead of that why dont you assign each sub divisions as divisions directly.
