Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check

Hello Gurus,

I'm creating a Delivery for an SO but this message appears and I cannot continue,,,,

"Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check"

Kindly help.

Hi,

Go to VKM3 give the SO number & press F8.

Then select the line item & click on the flag.

After that go & create a delivery.

Hi,

You can fix the Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check quite simply by clearing it in VKM3.

Hi,

Go to T.code:VKM3 and give ur Sales Document number which is blocked for delivery and then click on Execute.

After Executing it a New window will come in that Select the Box against ur Sales order number and Click on the Flag to release the Sales order.

After selecting the Flag, click on Save.

Now go back to Creation of delievry screen and create a delivery

Hi,

To release the sales order CREDIT CHECK goto Transaction VKM3 and give the sales order number

In the Menu Bar there will be one flag icon which will release the sales order credit block.

Click on the flag icon and te sales order status will be shown as green which means released the credit block.

Now goto VL01N and do the delivery for the sales order.

Hi,

Goto VKM3/VKM1 T.Code and then release your order that is blocked.

Your order will appear in the list.

Select that one.

Click on the green flag that appears on the left hand side.

Click on save.

If you click on back it will ask for "Leave list".

Click on yes.

Hi Nanz

Check wheather that customer has been maintained for credit mgmt or not .

Also check wheather you have assigned automatic credit check at delivery level

Check in VKM3 wheather that sales order is existing or not . If that sales order is there then release it
