Mapping Points

HI Experts

If Customer buy a goods of worth Rs -1000/- then he will get 10 points (e.g. 10% of sales volume)

and when he get 500 points then only he can redeem but here he can buy from any store (plant or site)

and he can redeem to any other store(plant or site)

this points how i can map in SAP

rebate is possible ????

please suggest

Hi Hanumant,

Loyalty Points Program can be achieved by either of the following:

1)SAP Customer Analytics for Retail and Wholesale Distribution ( SAP CRM)

2)SAP Store Loyalty Program for Retail and Wholesale Distribution

Hi Hanumant,

SAP Store Loyalty Program is a product of SAP(Formerly known as Allegiance) and you should have the license for this product or else you can go for SAP CRM to calculate the loyalty points based on the customer database.

We are working on SAP IS Retail Software and NOT on SAP CRM

So please tell me can we use same customer loyalty program for SAP IS Retail

If yes please tell me the configuration steps involved to do that

If need to do Z Development please share some logic how we can do and redeem the same

You can use rebate process in this scenario...therfore u can map the discount for any store..

Hi

Create Rebate Agreement for paticular customer..

therefore when ever this customer purchase article discount will be accumalated according to rebate agreement.

issue discount when customer reach settlement.

Scenario is like this

Client has fix members(customer) they can buy from six different store(site) which belongs to three different company codes

When Client sale the goods to customer e.g. Rs 1000 then Customer will get 100 points ( @ 10% )

here goods (e.g. books , stationary ,etc)

condition's

1) customer purchase stationary he can't get points

2) customer purchase certain books he can't get points

3)if customer take a cash discount on the current bill for that bill he can't get points

if i choose customer rebate system calculate direct 10% for whole amount

if i choose material rebate there are 3 lakh article and 50k members i think its very wrong prctise to create material rebate agreement

please guide how to map
