Hi Kishore
First of all check wheather you have maintained regions or not in Go to SPRO-> General Settings-> Set Countries->Insert regions(Maintain regioins)
Also check in XD01->general data tab , where you maintain the address of the customer (KUNNR), check wheather the region ,city code and other feilds has been made mandatory as per your requirement. Go to OBD2 and check the account group details wheather those feilds are in mandatory or not

Hi Kishore,
You might have set Region as the mandatory entry in CMR as per your Account group.Check in OBD2 T.Code.
Or you check by following the path also.
SPRO>Logistics-General>Business Partner>Customers>Control-->Define account groups and field selection for customers.
Region means the state.
If you take India as country then the Region will be Andhra Pradesh,Arunachal pradesh like that.
So select the state the city belongs to.If Hyderabad then select Andhra Pradesh.
To set the region goto IMG>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Taxes>Define Regional Codes.

Krishna.

Hi,
Go to IMG- General Settings- Set Countries-Insert regions.
Maintain the region & try again.
a)Also check in IMG- S & D-Taxes-Define Regional codes
b)IMG- S & D-Taxes-Assign delivering plants for TAX determination
Hope this helps
Regds.....
