Capacity Overview

Hi all,

i created a project with a network of 8 internal activities

4 of those activities are assigned to a work center of 50 individual capacity

at a certain week those 4 activities are operating concurrently and need 125 individual capacity

when i go to project planning board and press "capacity overview" button the system doesn't tell me that the mentioned work center is overloaded at this certain week, it displays "green bar"... why??

it's all about the formula SAP008 in the field Other Formula in the Tab Page 'Capacities" in the Work Center

and then go to Project Planning Board

selecy all and then: Edit --> Function --> Activate Capacity

Hi,

I have assigned two work centers with capacity category machine and labor in different activities of my project.

Now when I am going to the capacity overview the whole histogram or the bar is shown in green. This means there is no overload i think.

When I am going to the capacity load list it is giving message

"No capacity requirements were found in the evaluation period"

I have tried changing the evaluation period in spro but still not giving the load

why is this happening?

You need to maintain the planning profile for workforce in CMPC, in the profile you need to maintain the exceptions.

where i can use it
