Hi,

can anyone tell me the file, where these user environment variables stores.

actually my system faced a lil crashed and all my variablre (Except TEMP and TMP) are gone from the User Environment Variable menu under My document as well as from the registry but the SAP MMC is working well.

can any one tell me from where i can reget or pls do let me provide these description so that i can reset them again.

i solved the above problem by using the Ora Envirinment file. but now the big problem is

Hello abhishek,

For the environmental variables in windows go as below

1) right click on my computer and then go in properties

2) click on advance

3) at the bottom you will find the enviormental variable tab

Here you can change all the env parameters of the SAP.

So please try to check all the ENV parameters as well as if you have any other system try to compare and add all requisite parameters.

Execute R3trans -d, This will generate a log file trans.log

Check that log file for database connection errors and post

Also why dont u try installing temporary license from OS and then start SAP,if it is successful u can install permanent later.
