text determination

Hi all,

I want text maintained in cust master to be refected in the sales order.

Ihave already done the config changes in VOTX for Sales & dist(KNVV) and also Sales doc Header(VBBK).After that in cust master i ve maintained text in Sales area data.When I am creating sales order for that customer , the text which i am mantaining in the cust master is not copied here in the Sales order.

Please help me.

Hi Smitha

In the TEXT determination at sales order level , while maintaining the CMR & sales order tables and assigning the access sequence maintain any of the options .

1)Text will be displayed during copying

2)Text is obligatory and displayed when transferring

If you maintain anyone of the following options then the CMR data will flow to sales order

Hi Smita

While maintaining the Text id you will be assigning the tables and access sequence. There you can maintain any of those options

1)Text will be displayed during copying

2)Text is obligatory and displayed when transferring
