Hi Khan
Check the user has locked or check validity period of the user in suo1.
however you run this report bbp_check_consistency for that user for sc.
you may knew the fact.
Note 1233045 - SRM 6.0: SSO user can not be added as ad-hoc reviewer.
You try to add employees with Single Sign On (SSO) user accounts (i.e. with
a locked SAP GUI password) as ad-hoc reviewer in the approval process
preview. You receive the error message "Employee does not have an active
user account" - 003(/sapsrm/wf_fac_apv).The symptom is the same as described in correction note 1168985 for ad-hoc
approvers.
More Terms
SRM 6.0, process-controlled workflow, ad-hoc reviewer, Single Sign On, SSO,
003(/sapsrm/wf_fac_apv), approval process preview.
Cause and Prerequisites
o Program error in SRM 6.0 SP03.
