Hi Rahul,
The roadmap is used for easy navigation across various screens..
For example : There are 5 different screens, where the user has to enter data to apply for a credit card
The roadmap contains links to these screens on each of these screens, eg: from screen 1 the user can go to the screen 5 by clicking on the respective link.
The roadmap can also be used to show the different steps in a process, for example the leave approval process. This allows the user to know in which step, the process is currently in.

The RoadMap UI element displays the steps in a wizard. You can insert single RoadMapSteps or MultipleRoadMapSteps that are bound to a data source. You can tag the starting point and endpoint of this UI element using different symbols
Senarion could be where you want to have some level to approval process. best example is wrokflow
