DMR at Characteristic Level not working

Hi Friends

I am facing one problem in DMR. I have a scenario where I want one of the characteristic to behave dynamically, so I am using DMR at characteristic level. I want my characteristic to open up for result recording only after specified prriod of time, so during stage change i am mentioning duration as :

Stage Ins Sev Skip 1st Short Text No. of insp max skip New stage Rej New Stage

10 2 x abc 1 20 1 10

20 x def 15 1 10 1 10

in stage 20 max skip duration is 1 and max no. of skips 32600 , so after every 1 day or 32600 skip lots my characteristic should be available automatically for inspection.

But its not happening system is working perfect for max skip (15) but is not working for max skip duration (1 day) and charactristic is coming as skip.

Please suggest what could be the possible cause.

Neeraj create DMR as suggested below:

Stage InspeServ Skip Ist text StC No. Max Skip Dur Next Reject Next

10 X X SKIP 32600 1 20 1 20

20 4 abc 1 10 1 10

As per above DMR system will start from stage 1 and it will skip inspection for 1 day or 32600 lot inspection and then come to second stage there system will ask to do inspection for 1 time only.

You can change number as per requirement.

Make sure you will assign this DMR at MIC level of inspection plan and you will select "Dynamic Modification at charac. level" of IP header.
