Planned Delivery time

Hi

In the Material master we have Planned Delivery time, what is the use of this Planed Delivery time? if we maintain how it will effect in delivery creatin?

It is the no of working days from the requirement date in which the materials cn be expected to be at the plant.

If PDT of a material YYYY is 10 days, and If i plan a material xxxx( which needs YYYY) today, then the material YYYY will be available 10 days from today..

Hello Friend,

Here you can mention Number of calendar days needed to obtain the material or service if it is procured externally.If suppose you maintain 10 days there and if you create an order for that material on 1st of that particular month that material will get confirmed on 10th for that month.
