Authorization check error in external system

Hi!

Dear gurus, I need your help!

We have two systems: SolMan 7.0 & SolMan 7.0 EHP1.

I created the same communication users X in the both systems

I created RFC-connections and configured the interface between SolMan service desks.

When I try to send message from SM 7.0 Service Desk to the SM EHP1 Service Desk I receive "Authorization check error in external system ****"

Error details:You have no authorization to execute action Create.

I guess the problem is in the Solution Manager Service Desk Interface, but I have no idea about it.

P.S. I have the same BP Y in the both systems.

hi,

you need the following object in solution manager profile

B_USERSTAT

status create NEW

you support desk message profile (SLFN0001 in standard)

Object category COH

Authorisation key (SLFN in standard)

Check that the user defined in the RFC defined table BCOS_CUS of your satellite get this authorisation in solman

I hope it helps

Hi,

The RFC from Solution Manager 7.0 pointing to Solution Manager EHP1 would have an user id. This user doesn't seem to have enough authorization please check the authorization of this user in EHP1 system.

Hope this solves your problem.

Feel free to revert back.
