How I can see the list of all Oracle Database user .... is there any way, plz lemme know.

You can find all database usernames using below qury.
select username from dba_users;
or
select * frrom dba_users;

1. Login as oracle user on windows/Linux/UNIX and connect to sqlplus:
sqlplus /nolog
2. Login into Oracle database as sysdba
How to connect to oracle as sysdba
SQL> connect / as sysdba;
Connected.
SQL>SQL> select * from all_users;
It wil list all the users in Oracle database
