Problem in upload of supplier catalog

Hello CCM seniors,

I am working for implementation for CCM 2.0 as add on on SRM 4.0 on the following system status :

SAP_ABA 640-0015-SAPKA64015-Cross-Application Component

SAP_BASIS640-0015-SAPKB64015-SAP Basis Component

PI_BASIS-2005_1_640-0006-SAPKIPYJ66-Basis Plug-In (PI_BASIS) 2005_1_640

ST-PI-2005_1_640-0003-SAPKITLQH3-SAP Solution Tools Plug-In

SAP_BW350-0015-SAPKW35015-Business Information Warehouse

SRM_SERVER500-0008-SAPKIBKS08-SRM_SERVER

CCM200_640-0002-SAPK-26402INCCM CCM 200_640 : Add-On Installation

i have done the following things:

  • created master catalog

  • uploaded schema in that master catalog

  • created supplier ID

  • created supplier catalog for that supplier ID

  • uploaded supplier schema for that supplier catalog

  • mapped schema of supplier with schema of master catalog

and now i am trying to upload a CSV file of items in supplier catalog .

(I know we can upload supplier schema and items in one shot but since i am doing for first time i am uploading seperately.)

now when i try to upload this file in my supplier catalog i am getting error in "display log" as:

"Value for catalog item 223344 (supplier part no.) of supplier 1000000001 is incorrect ".

IN my SLG1 the error is " Characteristic PICTURE 0000000003 AI_CATALOG_ITEMS_MDC 0000000001 does not exist".

please note that attachment of .jpg file for picture is a mandatory requirement from client .

PL. let me know if you need any further clarifications.

If you want the CSV file and screen shot of error i can send to yr personal IDs.

my ID is "dinesh.powale@googlemail.com ".

Best Regards,

Dinesh

Hi

Maybe I don't understand your problem, but it might be that you have your PICTURE (is the standard characteristic /CCM/PICTURE???) defined like obligatory and you don't fill all its values. Note that is a complex characteristic, so maybe you don't fill one of its component .

If you want you can send me the csv to jorge.daniel.vigo@gmail.com

Hi Dinesh and Jorge,

your discussion are really helpful. but i want to clarify from Dinesh, did you transfer all your "Supplier's" catalog at one shot????

How you did?.. or you did by Supplier by Supplier?

is there any way to upload all supplier catalogs at one shot??? (my biggest concern)

Your inputs are valuable.

thanks, Renga

Hi Rengadurai,

I know how to upload all the suppliers catalogs at one time.

you just need to add a new characteristic in each of the catalog and assign the OCI Supplier Id field to this new Characteristic .

its simple try this.,,,,

mahesh
